What Is A Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield?

A radiation shield that includes a fan to draw ambient air over the sensor to further reduce the effects of solar radiation on temperature readings over that of a radiation shield without a fan. Most useful when wind speeds are low and skies are clear.
