Wireless Vantage Pro® with Fan-Aspirated Radiation Shield

Includes original Vantage Pro console/receiver, Integrated
sensor Suite (ISS), and mounting hardware. The ISS includes rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, 40' (12 m) anemometer cable, and solar panel. Temperature and humidity sensors are enclosed in solar-powered fan-aspirated radiation shield. Shield combines active and passive aspiration to minimize the effects of radiation.
ISS is solar powered. Transmitter and battery are located inside radiation shield. Console may be powered using the included AC-power adapter or with three C batteries (not included).
Wireless range is up to 400' (120 m) outdoors, line of sight. Typical range through walls under most conditions is 75' to 150' (23 to 46m). Add wireless repeaters for distances up to 0.6 miles (1 km).
Available in three versions:
- US (United States): US version uses US radio frequency from 902 to 928 MHz (on units equipped with wireless transmission) and a 0.01" rain collector. Station reports in US standard units. Includes US power adapter.
- UK (United Kingdom) UK version uses UK radio frequency 868 MHz (on units equipped with wireless transmission) and a 0.2mm rain collector. Station reports in Metric units. Includes UK power adapter. Not available for use/purchase within the US.
- EU (Europe) EU version uses EU radio frequency 868 MHz (on units equipped with wireless transmission) and a 0.2mm rain collector. Station reports in Metric units. Includes Euro power adapter. Not available for use/purchase within the US.
